AAO - MORE THAN A SMILE

The American Association of Orthodontists needed to straighten a few things out. They had experienced a sharp decline in patient visits due to consumers increasingly choosing their dentist, and not an orthodontist, for teeth straightening products and procedures.

The More Than A Smile campaign utilized television, print, radio and digital to pull heartstrings and drive awareness of the orthodontic specialty in the United States and Canada.

The campaign dramatically increased awareness, tripled traffic to braces.org, generated 40,000 newsletter subscriptions, and made moms 70% more likely to see an orthodontist over a dentist for straightening and aligning procedures.
